Learning what our triggers are for negitive and dark thoughts takes time, patience, persistance and dedication to writing, reading and learning about ourselves.
Triggers can be seasonal, annual, a smell, a sound or a word to name just a few. The trick is to identify and disengage negativity and change our mindset through positive thoughts and actions.
It is not an easy road to begin with. It can though be done with help from you by writing down your thoughts and feelings everyday over a peroid of time. You can learn when and how to change gear inside your your mind with support from your friends, family and other networks.
